Important Information - Access to ABOTMA Member price Tickets:  

After joining ABOTMA you will receive an email from TryBooking with your receipt and ABOTMA Membership card attached.  You need the member card to buy your tickets.  

You need to wait 24 hours after you purchase membership while our volunteers synchronise your member details from TryBooking (our membership system) into Humanitix (our festival ticket system) before you can access member priced tickets..

To Buy Member Weekend Tickets:  Enter the Member Number from the membership card into the 'discount or access code' box in Humanitix to see the hidden ABOTMA Member weekend tickets. 

To Buy Member Day Tickets:  Enter the email address on the membership card into the 'discount or access code'  box in Humanitix to see the hidden ABOTMA Member day tickets.

To purchase tickets for another ABOTMA member you will need their Member Number or Member Email.  

The 'discount or access code'  box  appears after you click the buy tickets button in Humanitix - see screenshot below.  If you get an 'invalid code' message you need to wait a little longer.  If you have waited 24 hours and still get the invalid code message please contact us at accounts@abotma.org.au.

Members get one discount weekend ticket or one discount for each individual day ticket.

Can I get a companion ticket if I am a Companion Pass Holder?

Yes, if you are the holder of a National or State issued Companion Card you may request a Companion Ticket so your carer can accompany you to the Mountaingrass Festival. The process is detailed below. 

What type of ticket will my companion receive?

Your companion will be issued a complimentary ticket that matches the paid ticket purchased by the Companion Pass Holder.  

How do I request a ticket for my companion?  First purchase the ticket you want for the festival.  Next email us at info@abotma.org.au requesting a complimentary Companion Ticket with the following information:

• Order number and proof of purchase for your ticket
• Full name and email address of the Companion Card Holder
• Full name, email address and mobile number for your companion (details required for issuing the ticket)
• Companion Card number
• State of issue
• Photo of your companion card.

Please note you need to ensure that the Companion Card is valid and available for inspection by event staff during the festival.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend Mountaingrass?

Yes.  We understand how easily plans change so we made getting a refund simple!  You can get a refund for any reason up to 24 hours before Mountaingrass starts.  Within 24 hours you need to request a refund and provide a reason.

How do I get a refund OR request one?

Find the email you received from Humanitix when you bought your ticket.  Open it, click the Manage order button and follow the prompts in Humanitix to get a refund.  Up to 24 hours before the Festival starts the refund process is automatic (nice & simple).  If your refund request is within 24 hours before the festival, use the same link to request a refund and provide a brief explanation or reason.

Can't find your ticket confirmation email?  Try searching in your emails for ABOTMA as the sender or order@humanitix.com. Alternatively, click the ‘Contact Host’ button on the Mountaingrass event page in Humanitix, select “Can’t find my ticket/invoice” and fill out the form. Humanitix automatically resends the tickets to the email address used to buy the tickets (if they can find your order).

How much will I be refunded?
The refund is set to 100% of the ticket price, however Humanitix will deduct some service fees.
