Mountaingrass only selects acts that play bluegrass and American old-time music on acoustic instruments.

Experience the festival from the inside by becoming a volunteer. In exchange for 6 hours of work you will receive a ticket to the festival.

Volunteer applications open annually on August 1 and close 2 weeks before the festival.

Support the work of ABOTMA and receive a discounted ticket to the festival by becoming a member. Volunteers must become ABOTMA members in order to be covered by our Public Liability Insurance. members support the work of ABOTMA and in return receive discounted tickets and other benefits.
