ABOTMA needs volunteers to help in the following roles

Secretary – Executive committee – Duties: call for agenda items for the monthly Executive meeting, draft the Executive meeting agenda, record action/decision, generate minutes from the meeting and send these to the Executive ahead of the next meeting.

Membership Secretary – Duties: involves using the membership application to record the names and addresses of those both renewing their memberships and taking out new memberships, checking that the membership fee has been received, and contacting the member with an email to confirm their membership.

Ticketing Co-ordinator – Duties: selecting an online ticketing provider for 2018 that can plug in to our website, (in consultation with other committee members); managing the online ticketing while sales are open (including organising refunds), and providing reports on ticket sales when sales cease at midnight on the Wednesday November 7, 2018.
